AGENTE DE SEGUROS DE VIDA

DESCRIPCIÓN:

  • Nombre del puesto requerido: Agente de seguro de vida.
  • Dirección del centro de labores: Remoto  

REQUISITOS:

  1. Estudios técnicos o universitarios (inconclusos, en curso o culminados).
  2. Experiencia minima de 1 año en venta de intangibles.
  3. Contar con amplia rede de contactos (min. 150 personas o tener la capacidad de armarla).
  4. Manejo de herramientas digitales.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:

  1. Planificar las visitas de prospectos, así como de los clientes propios de su cartera con relación al mantenimiento de sus pólizas, y el seguimiento de la cobranza de las mismas.
  2. AMantener actualizado su programación de la semana respecto a citas concretadas, realizadas, cierres y revisar «Análisis de cumplimiento de Objetivos».
  3. Hacer uso de las herramientas de ventas: Manual de evidencias, material gráfico y promocional.
  4. Reportar su producción: visitas y cierres de ventas diariamente.
  5. Informarse correctamente de los datos de clientes de su cartera y reportar los cambios de teléfonos y dirección.

  1. Sueldo promedio (indicar cantidad aprox.): Superior a los 2500 soles.
  2. Aplica comisiones: (SI)
