       – Empresa líder del sector de seguros en búsqueda de asesores comerciales.

HORARIO: Horario mixto (Presencial y Home Office) 

REQUISITOS:

  1. Bachiller en administración y carreras a fines.
  2. Experiencia en seguros (Minimo 1 año).
  3. Manejo de carteras de seguro vehicular.
  4. Manejo de office – Nivel básico.
  5. Capacidad de planificación y organización.
  6. Orientación de Servicio.
  7. Trabajo bajo presión.
  8. Adaptabilidad y Compromiso
  9. Liderazgo
  10. Experiencia en ventas presenciales y/o virtuales.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:

  1. Responsable del manejo y mantenimiento de las cuentas asignadas.
  2. Asesoría constante a los clientes a traves de las vías de comunicación establecidas.
  3. Cumplimiento de metas.
  4. Identificación y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio 
  5. Disponibilidad para visitas virtuales y presenciales
